Library of Things

Before you buy, check out the Library of Things!

Did you want to try out a hobby without buying the tools? Or bake a uniquely shaped cake for that one special birthday? Perhaps there is a tech device you need for a specific project – browse our Library of Things (LOTs) and try one out! We have something for everyone.

Please note: All items must be checked out and returned to the front desk at the Cedarburg Public Library. Patrons must have a valid card in good standing. Items are loaned for 14 days.

Library of Things: Kids!

The library expanded our LOTs collection in Spring 2023 and curated items for children of all ages (and families). Some fan-favorite items are:

Youth Fiber Arts Club

November 26th | 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Calling all creative thinkers and fiber arts enthusiasts! Join us in the library's community room to explore needle-based fiber arts such as hand-stitching, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, and upcycled fashion. Dive into our monthly featured project or use the time to experiment with your own creative ideas! No registration or experience required. Creative materials and tools will be available. For ages 9-17.

CPL Needle Arts Club

November 27th | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

CPL Needle Arts Club will gather in the Community Room inside the library every Wednesday from 1-3pm! Please note that our club operates on a self-guided basis, meaning there is no formal instruction provided during meetings. This club is for ages 18 and up.
