Death Cafe
What is a Death Cafe ?
A Death Cafe is a place for people of all ages to discuss issues related to death and dying. The goal is to support each other in normalizing talk about death, which is an important part of life. It is a free gathering that is completely participant led. It is not therapy or a grief group. There is no agenda. We take turns speaking or just listening, thoughtfully and respectfully - you decide what you want to do at Death Cafe. All ideas and beliefs are honored and respected. Bring a hot drink if you wish and, as is the tradition at Death Cafe, cake WILL be served.
This Death Cafe is hosted by Gil and Martha from Greater Milwaukee Death Doulas.

Death Cafe
Talking about death, need not be scary. This is a group specifically aimed at discussing death and dying, lead by two end-of-life or death doulas trained in helping to normalize death and hopefully reduce the fear..
