Sharon Hartley Iverson

I’ve always been a lover of books and a life-long learner.  My background includes both education and visual art where I have taught for the past 25 years. In addition to teaching and artmaking, I love all things nature—from gardening to exploring the woods and prairies in our area to collecting stones and lake glass from Lake Michigan. A favorite pastime is to relax with a strong cup of coffee and a new piece of fiction by a favorite author—Barbara Kingsolver, Richard Powers, Ann Patchett, Alexander McCall Smith, and the list goes on… I enjoy assisting patrons with their library needs and it is a privilege to be part of the CPL community.
