Get a Library Card
Applying Online:
You may begin the application for a library card online at: MonarchCatalog.Org
Once submitted, you will receive a temporary barcode for placing holds and accessing a limited number of online resources. You will need to visit the library to complete the full application and recieve a permanent card.
Your permanent card will give you access to most of Cedarburg Public Library’s digital resources and the physical collections for all 33 Monarch Library System libraries. (Hoopla is for City of Cedarburg residents only).
If you do not complete the application process within 30 days, your temporary card will expire, and you will need to reapply online or visit the library.
Please bring a valid I.D. and proof of residency when you pick-up your permanent card. Children under 16 who wish to register must be accompanied by an adult.

Applying In-Person:
You may also visit the library anytime during regular hours and apply for a library card. Just bring a valid I.D. and proof of residency to the 1st floor circulation desk when you arrive.
