Face Yoga Workshop

Join instructor Harika Aktepe as she demonstrates the basics of face yoga! Face yoga uses a variety of exercises, massage, and acupressure techniques to stimulate the muscles, skin, and lymphatic system in the face, neck, and shoulders. This practice aims to soften and relax face muscles to help alleviate tension, stress, and worry.

This workshop is free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged but not required.
